Who we are

Dynamic Electrical and Automation Engineering Pte Ltd (“DEAE”, “we”) is registered in Singapore, Reg / GST No 201923076R, at 280 Woodlands Industrial Park E5, Singapore 757322. We operate this website at dasp.sg.

This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it and what we do with it. It is written to meet Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect

• Enquiry form — your name, company, email address, phone number, the service you selected and the message you write.
• Technical data — your IP address and the page you came from, recorded with each enquiry so we can identify spam.
• Usage data — if analytics is enabled, aggregated figures such as pages viewed, time on page and approximate location. This does not identify you by name.

We do not collect payment details, identity-document numbers or any special category of personal data through this website.

Why we collect it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
• To contact you about the work you asked about.
• To keep a record of enquiries received, for our own business administration.
• To understand which parts of the website are useful, and improve them.

We rely on your consent, given when you tick the box on the enquiry form. We will not use your details for marketing unless you separately ask us to.

Who sees it

Enquiries are delivered to our own company inboxes and are seen only by DEAE staff who need them to answer you. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data.

Two service providers necessarily handle data on our behalf: our web hosting provider, which stores the website and delivers the enquiry emails, and Google, if analytics is enabled. Each is bound by its own data protection terms.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted, unless the enquiry became a project — in which case the records are kept with that project file for as long as business and tax law requires.

How it is protected

• The website runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
• Enquiry data is transmitted directly to our company email, not to a third-party marketing platform.
• Access to the website administration area is restricted and password protected.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics is enabled, it sets a cookie to tell repeat visits from new ones. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website works normally without them.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you and how it has been used, correct anything that is wrong, or withdraw your consent and have your details deleted. Write to admin@dasp.sg and we will respond within 30 days.

Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer answer an open enquiry.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version appears on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes affecting existing enquiries will be notified by email.
